Do you accept returns?

Of course! Sock Season happily accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the items or store credit.

 To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Products must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any Products is on sale cannot be returned.

Can I return a Sale item? 

Unfortunately, no. All SALE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE, WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR ALL ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

How do I return my purchase? 

To return your item(s), follow the steps below: 

  1. Send us an email to hello@sockseason.com with your name and order number. 
  2. Wait for our email with your return authorization and return label. 
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless sockseason.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. 
  4. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. 

Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received. We are NOT liable for lost return packages, and recommend you to insure and track your package.

How long do I have to make a return? 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order delivery date. 

 

Do I have to pay the return shipping? 

You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless sockseason.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item.  

How do international returns work? 

Just pack your package, take them to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. Sock Season does not provide return shipping labels on international orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the cost of the clothes once they arrive here and email a Refund Confirmation to you once that is done. You will see the refund back on your card within 3 - 5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is. Check with your Customs office to see if they would refund any Customs taxes on a return. Sock Season does not refund Customs taxes or fees.

 

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@sockseason.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, thus the items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sockseason.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you have proof you've sent it.
