We will my order ship?
Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 1-2 business days. All orders placed between 11:01am EST on Fridays and 11:59pm EST on Sundays will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
How long does shipping take?
All orders within the USA should arrive within 5-7 business days of the purchase date. For international orders, please allow 7 to 21 business days for your order to be delivered. The time it takes for these orders to arrive varies depending on your location, and depends on the speed of your local postal service.
I would like to return a product?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Therefore, Sock Season happily accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit. Returns are only $3.50 per prepaid return label used and we just deduct it from your refund to make it easy on you (for US addresses only). How do I cancel my order?

The estimated delivery times after an order has been processed are as follows:
- USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days from ship date.
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from ship date.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for information display correctly. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.
